This policy explains what personal data Axsion collects through this website, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
Axsion, the software development brand of IT Service, bul. George Bonchev, Sofia, Bulgaria, is the controller of the data described here.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your first and last name, email address, subject, message, the topics you selected, the page language and the time of the request. The server also sees your IP address, which it uses only to limit repeated submissions.
Why we use it
We use your message only to reply to you and to discuss the services you asked about. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and then deleted. IP addresses used for rate limiting are kept in memory for at most 10 minutes.
Who can see it
Only Axsion staff who handle enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. The site and its contact service run on our own servers in Bulgaria.
Cookies and storage
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores one value in your browser to remember that you closed the announcement banner.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw your consent at any time, and complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
